It is the perfect time to introduce refreshing changes in your home that mirror the changes of nature outside. From the infusion of natural light to the selection of energetic color palettes, explore the latest spring design trends to revitalize your living space and welcome the season of renewal and inspiration. ## Curves: Softening Your Space with Scandinavian Influence Inspired by the elegant simplicity of Scandinavian design, the gentle curve adds a soft touch to our living spaces. We can create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in our homes by incorporating circular accessories, light natural hues, and soft materials that embrace the earth, such as wood and light cotton. [Curved furniture](https://www.housebeautiful.com/uk/decorate/looks/g38814848/curved-interior-trend/) is also an excellent way to make your spaces flow more easily.  ## ![Bedroom with a green wall and a neutral color wood bedside table](https://insights.holthomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC04485.jpg?width=1920&height=1280&name=DSC04485.jpg) ## Coastal Textures: Embracing the Serenity of the Shore Imagine bringing the soothing [beauty of the beach](https://insights.holthomes.com/5-coastal-pnw-day-trips) into your home. Coastal textures like white-washed finishes and materials like rattan, linen, or reclaimed wood can help make your home more serene. You can also change up your color palette with blue, white, cream, green, and gray. Taking inspiration from the natural environment evokes feelings of relaxation at the beach and brings it to everyday life.  ## Simplicity with Smart Homes: Enhancing Daily Life As the days grow longer, [smart home technology](https://insights.holthomes.com/your-introduction-to-greenmarbles-smart-home-tech) offers us ways to simplify and streamline our daily routines. With products that manage day-to-day life's ebb and flow, we can streamline tasks and make our homes more responsive. From automated lighting and temperature control to voice-activated assistants, smart home technology brings ease and efficiency into our lives. Let's welcome the simplicity of smart homes this spring and enhance our daily lives.   ![Living room with geometric curtain and coffee table with pops of color in pillows and bench](https://insights.holthomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ST37_1609A_2Car_Print%20(38).jpg?width=1920&height=1280&name=ST37_1609A_2Car_Print%20(38).jpg) ## Geometrics: Adding Dynamic Aesthetics with Shapes and Colors his spring, geometric patterns take center stage in home design, infusing our spaces with a dynamic and contemporary spirit. No longer confined to subtle accents, geometrics now dare to be bold and vibrant. By mixing shapes with audacious colors, your decor can captivate and add depth.  ## Bold Colors: Be Vibrantly Different Instead of the quiet of neutrals, embrace bold and vibrant colors. From the deep blues and greens of the ocean depths to the rich yellows and reds of a sunset, saturated colors can energize and inspire our living spaces. Introducing bold colors is easy, whether through accent walls, eccentric furniture, or funky decorations. Bold colors are a way to make our homes reflect our unique personality.  ![Bedroom with black and white artistic accent wall](https://insights.holthomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Holt%20Homes%201767-18.jpg?width=2048&height=1365&name=Holt%20Homes%201767-18.jpg) ## Surprising Murals: Art in Unexpected Places Murals, once reserved for public spaces, now find a place in the intimate corners of our homes. From the dining room to the transitional spaces of stair halls, murals become focal points of beauty and conversation. Turn overlooked spaces into galleries of personal expression and add a touch of art to our homes.  ## Biophilic Design: Bringing the Outdoors Inside Biophilic design is not just a trend; it's a heartfelt embrace of the outdoors, bringing the soothing touch of nature into our living spaces. Bring nature into your space with plants, water features, and lots of natural light. Or, use natural materials and nature-inspired colors, shapes, and patterns.  [Contact us to find home today.](https://holthomes.com/contact-us/) *\*All selections subject to change depending on availability* Posted: Mar 20. 2024 Tags: [New home design trends](https://insights.holthomes.com/topic/new-home-design-trends) Author: [Holt Homes](https://insights.holthomes.com/author/diana-lal) [New home design trends](https://insights.holthomes.com/topic/new-home-design-trends) ### Subscribe to our blog Stay up-to-date on trends and new home building topics. ### Popular posts 16.
