The Allgoods made a great decision when they purchased their Holt home, as documented by their front porch joy on closing day. Our welcome home goodies– with tons of local products from the Pacific Northwest–added to the cheer. Congrats to the Allgoods!

The Anglins:

The Anglin family made the cutest announcement of their Holt home with a photo shoot, and after 10 months, their dream home was completed in Southwest Washington.

We are so excited the Davies selected Holt Homes to build their home in Washington after moving from California. Working with them and their realtor was such a rewarding process. Jacob and Caitlyn:

This sweet newly-engaged couple built a strong foundation for their next chapter in a home with Holt. Jacob and Caitlyn completed their home in early November 2021. Jacob said this about the Holt building process: "Caitlyn and I were fortunate enough to build our first home and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. It has been such an exciting experience and I can’t wait to begin this journey." Cheers to you both!
