A Holt Halloween 

Fall is such a magical time in the Pacific Northwest. For many, September marks the beginning of the best flavors, fashion, and festivities. But, for die-hard Halloween lovers, September is the stepping stone to the spookiest time of the year! Decorating for Halloween is such a fun, family-friendly activity and, at Holt, we love when our homeowners send us photos of creative ways they dress up their new home for every occasion. That being said, get ready to break out your jack-o-lanterns, skeletons, and faux spider webs because, in the spirit of Halloween and homeownership, we are excited to announce A Holt Halloween - our first ever home decorating contest!

A Holt Halloween will run on social media, making participation super simple. You will get to decide how you want your home to be represented in all its spooky glory! Get creative with your photos – wait until dark and light some candles for a haunting ambience, get dressed up in costumes with your family and pose on your decorated front porch, or bake some Halloween treats and showcase them with a festive countertop setting. How it works:

• Post an Instagram photo* of your Holt home decked out in your best Halloween decorations with the hashtag #aholthalloween2022 and tag us @holthomespnw.
• Our Holt team will pick the top 3-5 entries, post them to our IG stories, and let our followers vote on the winning home. For your entry to be counted, make sure to post your photo before Tuesday, October 25th. 
• The winner will be announced on Halloween day, October 31st, and will receive a $250 gift card to Williams Sonoma, also redeemable at Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark & Graham.

*By entering this contest, you are granting Holt Homes permission to re-share your photos on our social media and digital platforms. Eligible entries are specific to those who own a Holt home only. Decor may not contain any gore or adult themes - we reserve the right to reject any entry deemed inappropriate by our team. Contest will run 10/1/22 - 10/25/22.
