The NW Natural Street of Dreams® is a wonderful way to get inspired for your dream home.

Since 1975, the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland has produced this signature summer event in the Pacific Northwest, featuring the latest in residential construction. Each show home is a reflection of the unique and professional talents of builders, interior designers, craftspeople, and landscape architects.

This year's unique show is titled "A Dream for Many" and is composed of two neighborhoods featuring a range of home styles and price points. Pleasant Valley Villages (11878 SE Bridal Veil Falls Place), Holt Homes' master-planned community in Happy Valley is showcasing three model homes with starting prices spanning $550,000 to $650,000. Each home is packed with its own set of perks which include access to an amazing lineup of private neighborhood amenities like a covered basketball court, swimming pool, clubhouse, BBQ areas, and outdoor spaces such as 3+ miles of trails.

The 2021 NW Natural Street of Dreams opens on Saturday, July 31, and runs Wednesdays to Sundays through Sunday, August 22. Show hours are 10 am - 9 pm at the Heritage Crest site and 10 am - 7 pm at the Holt Homes site. In light of providing further accessibility to the show, our site is free to visit and provides street parking options. Also, there are shuttles available to travel to-and-from both locations.
