The theme of this year's NW Natural Street of Dreams® was A Dream for Many, and we were beyond proud to be a part of it. The event spanned 17 days and 4 weekends, drawing a huge crowd to see Holt's three featured homes from Pleasant Valley Villages, as well as three luxury homes, a container home, and a sleeping pod for transitional housing.

Elevated Evergreen – The 1609 at 11872 SE Bridal Veil Falls Place
The cozy foyer of this home, complete with a stairwell nook and powder room featuring a tiled double herringbone accent wall, welcomes you in. This home has a few of our most popular upgrades, making the most of your budget by choosing the items that pack the most punch. The spacious kitchen features a gas range and stainless-steel appliances from Frigidaire. Honed quartz countertops, stacked green tile backsplash, and the cage pendant lights provide a homey elegance to the hub of the house
Pacific Peak – The 2118 at 11903 SE Pleasant Valley Pkwy
This home took home six awards, and it's easy to see why. The main level features a full-height fireplace with large-format tiles, providing an immediate “wow factor” to this wide-open great room. White painted built-in cabinets add contrast (and storage!) to complete the space. The event was a wonderful way to meet new and existing Holt Homes customers, and we were happy to treat show visitors to some fun giveaways! Three donation giveaways from our home partners Atiyeh Brothers, Standard TV & Appliance, Potted in Portland were announced following the NW Natural Street of Dreams® and the lucky winners have been notified. We loved being a part of this event, and we're proud to make homeownership in the PNW an affordable dream.
