Event Recap: 2021 NW Natural Street of Dreams®

Stay up-to-date on trends and new home building topics

The theme of this year's NW Natural Street of Dreams® was A Dream for Many, and we were beyond proud to be a part of it. The event spanned 17 days and 4 weekends, drawing a huge crowd to see Holt's three featured homes from Pleasant Valley Villages, as well as three luxury homes, a container home, and a sleeping pod for transitional housing.

If you were unable to attend this year's show, we are thrilled to offer you the chance to walk through each of our featured homes in brand new 3-D Tours! Learn more about each of the homes and take a virtual tour of each home below.

Columbia Comfort – The 1670 at 11878 SE Bridal Veil Falls PlaceStreet-of-dreams-home-tour1b

This is considered our "base model," with no additional upgrades made. Warm and neutral finishes and décor complete the look, highlighting the best in this space and all that it offers. One of our most popular plans, the Columbia Comfort is an amazing value for your amazing dream home, starting in the mid-$500s. This home proves that you don't have to spend extra money to have a beautiful space. Our included features create the look and style you want on a budget.

Elevated Evergreen – The 1609 at 11872 SE Bridal Veil Falls Place

The cozy foyer of this home, complete with a stairwell nook and powder room featuring a tiled double herringbone accent wall, welcomes you in. This home has a few of our most popular upgrades, making the most of your budget by choosing the items that pack the most punch. The spacious kitchen features a gas range and stainless-steel appliances from Frigidaire. Honed quartz countertops, stacked green tile backsplash, and the cage pendant lights provide a homey elegance to the hub of the house

Pacific Peak – The 2118 at 11903 SE Pleasant Valley Pkwy

This home took home six awards, and it's easy to see why. The main level features a full-height fireplace with large-format tiles, providing an immediate “wow factor” to this wide-open great room. White painted built-in cabinets add contrast (and storage!) to complete the space. Meanwhile, gourmet kitchen appliances from Frigidaire, painted 36” cabinets and wrapped exhaust hood, shine with an extra-long island and stainless-steel farm sink. Carrara-inspired quartz counters and black horizontal stacked backsplash add to the stunning appeal of these modern materials. Desirable matte black hardware and matching plumbing fixtures from Moen round out the finishes. These upgrades go a long way to make this home a knockout.

Holt Homes took home six awards from the 2021 NW Natural Street of Dreams®.

All six of the awards went to our third home, the 2118. The awards include:

  • Best of Show
  • Best Interior Design
  • Best Floorplan
  • Best Kitchen
  • The People’s Choice
  • Affordable Living

The event was a wonderful way to meet new and existing Holt Homes customers, and we were happy to treat show visitors to some fun giveaways! Three donation giveaways from our home partners Atiyeh Brothers, Standard TV & Appliance, Potted in Portland were announced following the NW Natural Street of Dreams® and the lucky winners have been notified. We loved being a part of this event, and we're proud to make homeownership in the PNW an affordable dream.
