You've heard it many times. When it comes to a new home, it's all about location. The good news is, we're really lucky. We get to call the Pacific Northwest our home! Each of our communities here in the PNW is special and unique for its own reasons geographically. Holt builds in amazing locations all over ranging from Southwest Washington as far south as Eugene. Some are closer to the city than others, so if you like the hustle and bustle of city life, you might prefer living in Pleasant Valley Villages, which is just outside of Portland in Happy Valley. The 1594

This single-level home has a smaller footprint, but is big on features. The 1594 actually fits 3 bedrooms including an amazing owner's suite and vaulted ceilings in the great room. Wish list items like a large utility room, eating bar and covered porch are all included in this right-sized home that has major curb appeal.

The 1657

The 1657 has a great walk-in closet in the owner suite as well as a walk-in pantry, making storage a breeze. The open flow of this single-level layout is easy to love. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the 1657 is a great-sized home for all kinds of families.

The 2096

Although it's a two-story floor plan, this clever design has an owner's suite on main level with the other bedrooms upstairs. With a larger footprint, the 2096 is great for growing families or if you just want a little more room (and quiet). You'll love this plan while hosting any guests or family, like your grandkids. Features like the soaking tub, vaulted great room, and covered patio really make life feel smoother in the 2096.
